Our client, a large retail organization, required an Agile management approach to have synchronized business transformation. They asked ThreeBridge to pilot the approach and build a proven model which demonstrated performance improvement, increased speed to market, synchronization across multiple initiatives, transparency to stakeholders, and an architectural roadmap to potentially launch Agile across the enterprise.
The organization unnecessarily wasted time planning and projecting milestones, creating status updates, and communicating to team members and numerous stakeholders. Due to the ad hoc reporting and communication schedule, several meetings were repetitive.
ThreeBridge consultants developed an Agile solution to launch the retailer’s first Scrum teams through a combination of Agile training sessions and providing the necessary talent to transform the team from waterfall to Agile.
ThreeBridge consultants removed barriers, streamlined processes and launched Scrum, which resulted in the project being delivered one month ahead of schedule. This allowed extra time for enhancements and addressing any real-time bugs after technology was launched. The organization’s focus shifted from project delivery to product delivery and, afterwards, ThreeBridge was engaged in a 3-year organizational transformation effort that involved Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Business and Technology teams across the organization.
