Boom Lab Recruiter – Morristown, New Jersey


This Recruiter will manage and execute all aspects of the Boom Lab recruiting process for our New Jersey market. This Recruiter will serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the Boom Lab recruiting and fulfillment process, manage the hiring process for campus and experienced candidates, and own the demand planning and hiring of consultants for New Associate training classes. This Recruiter will possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

  • Managing full-life cycle recruitment and hiring of experienced consultants (1-5 years of experience)

Training Coordinator – Minneapolis


The ThreeBridge Training Coordinator will support the ThreeBridge Training team in training consultants and clients across all ThreeBridge office locations. They will be responsible for assisting with course logistics, managing online tools and metrics, and collaborating with the training team to ensure a positive training experience.



Training Logistics and Coordination (80%)

  • Assist with the coordination of training courses and the corresponding logistics (room, food, set up)
  • Schedule and coordinate resources (room, audio visual, printed materials, catering etc.) and attend classes as needed (including some evenings and weekends) to ensure successful delivery of training content
  • Assist in the execution of New Associate Training Classes
  • Assist in training content and career path development
  • Research and survey potential trainers and learning resources
  • Manage online training licenses (e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Pluralsight) and allocate to consultants

Client Engagement Director – St. Louis


The Client Engagement Director (CED) drives revenue growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding relationships with key existing customers.

The CED represents the entire range of ThreeBridge services and solutions to assigned customers and works with a diverse team across the company to explain these services/solutions and articulate how they will help a client meet their objectives.  This position will report to the Managing Partner of the St. Louis office.



  • Execute the “go to market” strategy needed to deliver on the short-term and long-term revenue and gross margin targets
  • Represent the ThreeBridge brand in the market
  • Owner of client relationship at the day to day account level focused to drive sales and solutions strategy for assigned clients. This includes responsibility for representation of the ThreeBridge brand.
  • Drive and support new opportunities and collaborate with others in the Client Engagement team to ensure growth attainment with existing client.
  • Understand and use all sales training including solution selling, product knowledge, and sales methodology in the day to day client engagements.
  • Partner with the Client Solutions team to identify, develop and present solutions to clients.
  • When solution development is needed, ensure effective hand-off new solution projects to Client Solution team to ensure focus team on selling.
  • Support sales expansion strategies within the defined top tier client base.

The Fulfillment Manager role is intended to support Client Engagement and Recruiting functions by developing and managing key processes within our Minneapolis market. This position is based in our Minneapolis office, and reports to the Fulfillment Director along with the geography’s Managing Partner.



Talent Assessment
