SAP S/4 Solutions Architect



ThreeBridge is looking for an S/4 HANA Solution Architect to drive the delivery of the S/4 HANA based ERP solution. The ideal candidate should have deep experiences in SAP solution design and build with strong expertise in integrating solution components across functional areas to support end-to-end enterprise level business processes. This individual should be highly motivated with excellent strategic thinking, analysis, and communication skills, and should enjoy working in a fast pace, high visibility and impact environment.



  • Recommend and implement SAP S/4 HANA-centric solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of simplifying, stabilizing and modernizing the ERP solution.
  • Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
  • Bring situational leadership to solution architects and functional teams in following strategic approaches to problem solving and optimizing resource utilization. Provide consistent leading practice advice regarding architecture planning and execution activities.
  • Champion a business case driven process to define and deliver business solutions.
  • Influence the decision making at the leadership and executive level through fact-based data driven analysis of various solution options (e.g., cost benefit analysis, rent vs buy vs build, etc.) based on thorough understanding of the business challenges.
  • Identify solution risks and issues and determines ways to effectively address them.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical stakeholders and teams.

  • 10+ years of large scale SAP full cycle implementation experiences as a functional leader; S/4 HANA experience preferred
  • Must have experience in reviewing documenting business capability needs and creating winning solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces
  • Strong knowledge of leading practices and SAP S/4 HANA solution capabilities for the in-scope business processes, including finance, procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing, quality management, logistics and order to cash
  • Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities; experience with Agile methodologies preferred
  • Experience in regulated and validated environment, medical device or life sciences industry background preferred
  • Proven leadership in partnering with and influencing senior level business and IT stakeholders with the skill of encouraging innovation and problem solving without customization in a way that resonated with the organization

Salesforce Senior Developer/Technical Lead



The Salesforce Senior Developer/Technical lead is a key strategic member of the Salesforce Capability Delivery team. In addition to strong knowledge in Salesforce specific Object Oriented code, the technical lead has experience writing performant and secure code consistent with Salesforce Best practices in Complex and High Data volume environments. Senior Developer/Tech lead has experience writing front end and back end code including lightning components, web components, visualforce, batches, queueables, triggers and integrations. As a Salesforce Senior Developer/tech lead you will serve as a force-multiplier by the elegance and re-usability of your code and by improving the skills of the other developers on your team utilizing code reviews, side by side work and caring about their growth as developers.


At ThreeBridge our senior developers/tech leads help delivery leadership by making accurate estimates, clearly communicating designs, trade-offs and options, and thinking ahead to produce code-based solutions which allows for scalability lead to better re-usability, evolvability and maintainability.


Additional Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that junior developers succeed and improve as a byproduct of their interaction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Limits and design patterns
  • Thinks in Object Oriented paradigms and is able to determine the right level to achieve “just enough” complexity
  • Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II,. Architect Domain such as Integration Designer, Data Designer, and others are a plus
  • Experience in some version of a modern software development lifecycle including tools such as git, ANT, scripting languages and code repositories
  • Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
  • Excellent business-level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be onsite with clients located with their same geographic market (outside of COVID-19 remote work policies)
  • When working with a client outside the geographic market, ability to travel up to 25% (outside of COVID-19 remote work policies)

Process Improvement Consultant


This is an opportunity to be an integral team member of our Continuous Process Improvement team to lead process improvement efforts across the organization focusing on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement. It is expected that the role will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to document and measure operational processes, extract and analyze process data and develop strategies to drive process improvements. The Process Improvement Consultant must possess the skill and flexibility to support several projects at any given time.



  • Contribute to lean and six sigma projects toward successful completion by supporting lean program and initiatives, facilitating cross-functional teams, and training, resulting in improved process quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work directly with customers to establish goals and objectives related to lean, process design, including quality targets.
  • Prioritize projects to ensure resources are appropriately applied to achieve established goals at the department level.
  • Establish and monitor metrics relative to lean programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic program reviews and update department leadership on the deployment progress and LSS results.
  • Audit closed projects to ensure results are maintained.
