ThreeBridge is looking for an Office Assistant/Executive Assistant to provide administrative support primarily for our Minneapolis headquarters and Executive Leadership team as it relates to corporate objectives, events, and meetings. This position handles a wide variety of operational, complex, and confidential situations, and may direct and lead the work of others.

 

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Proactively maintains the President and CEO’s calendar by scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements as requested.
  • Assists the Executive Leadership Team in setting meetings and the development of presentations for use with the Board of Directors, customers, partners, investment bankers, internal team members and others as requested.
  • Provides support as needed for corporate objectives, corporate meetings and events.
  • Maintains certain corporate records, such as legal contracts, minutes, as requested.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence for the Leadership Team, corporate letters, memos, and other related correspondence as requested.
  • Manages and handles all mail and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible for overall upkeep of the ThreeBridge offices by ensuring supplies are stocked, items needing repair are brought to the attention of the appropriate people, technology needs are handled, and the area maintains a neat, professional appearance.
  • Owns the relationship of certain corporate services facilities vendors such as hotel/travel, catering, office supplies, mobile phones, building maintenance and others as assigned.
  • Serves as the Microsoft Exchange Administrator and contact for ThreeBridge tech partner
  • Mail and shipping and administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires an Associate’s Degree, or its equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • 5 years experience in a professional office environment with similar or like responsibility including interaction with Board Members.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Delivery Manager – Minneapolis, MN

At ThreeBridge, our Delivery professionals are part of our Client Engagement group.  They work hand in hand with our sales and recruiting teams to find the right consultants for the right client opportunities. The Delivery Manager role is integral to our success, and is one of our key differentiators.  Delivery professionals work to ensure our client and consultant customers are successful before, during, and after an engagement.

 

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Portfolio Management – Creates and maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual client dashboards and scorecards.
  • Facilitates weekly account team meetings, which includes agenda creation, recording of meeting minutes, and following up on needed action items.
  • Gathers data from Applicant Tracking System for account reporting and metrics.
  • Updates and maintains team sites and document repositories as needed.

This Recruiter will manage and execute all aspects of the Boom Lab recruiting process for our New Jersey market. This Recruiter will serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the Boom Lab recruiting and fulfillment process, manage the hiring process for campus and experienced candidates, and own the demand planning and hiring of consultants for New Associate training classes.
