Consultant Manager – St. Louis


The ThreeBridge Consultant Manager will support ThreeBridge and Boom Lab consultants and clients in the St. Louis area and as aligned with additional geographies. The Consultant Manager is dedicated to consultant career growth, training, development, performance, and company engagement, executed through consultant care, training, and account support.



  Consultant Care

  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on meetings with each consultant, leveraging career path tools and professional development curriculum; provide feedback.
  • Execute the end-to-end performance review process for each consultant annually.
  • Manage reporting tool and status report review for all consultants under Consultant Manager’s care.
  • Advocate for the career of individual consultants by ensuring client issue resolution, assignment fit, and career opportunity.
  • Communicate with consultants to resolve client issues, answer questions, connect to additional resources, and obtain information as needed.
  • Manage consultant performance, project work, and logistical coordination for any consultants in between assignments who are on the bench.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Functional Teams (recruiting, consultant management, training) to ensure brand integrity, consistent candidate experience, and consistent consultant support.
  • Execute quarterly Consultant Management projects that align with the organizational goals and Boom Lab/CAP strategies.
  • Coordinate and attend ThreeBridge company events, monthly First Fridays, Lunch & Learns, and consultant events.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Team to deliver on overarching Boom Lab/CAP program goals and vision, and support hiring processes as needed.


  Training Coordination & Facilitation

  • Provide on-site support for training classes delivered in St. Louis and via remote dial in to events at other ThreeBridge offices.
  • Coordinate with Training Department for individual consultant and program level training needs.
  • Directly engage in planning and delivery of New Associate Training.


  Account Coordination

  • Attend weekly account meetings and account specific events.
  • Communicate with Delivery Managers for individual consultant and client-wide consultant needs.
  • Collaborate with account team to plan and execute account strategy.

  • 3+ years’ professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in field related to the responsibilities preferred

Back Office Assistant – Minneapolis


The Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for greeting customers, clients, and visitors to our office. Provides administrative support for the Company under the direction of the Executive Administrative Assistant. Handles a wide variety of office support functions including filing, calendar, travel arrangements, mail, editing and preparing documents, assisting in internal and external event planning and support, buying and stocking office supplies, and other duties to support the office.

Client Solutions Associate – Minneapolis


The Client Solutions Associate will support ThreeBridge Client Solutions across all ThreeBridge office locations and will be supporting the build out of our go-to-market solutions to meet our clients’ business needs and ultimately support our consultant career paths.



Client Proposal Development (35%)

  • Work closely with ThreeBridge Sales, Marketing and Geography teams to respond to client requests for proposals across all solutions and drive proposal process with the cross-functional team
  • Coordinate resources for delivery of solutions at client sites and track SOW completion
  • Client Solutions Analysis and Coordination (30%)
  • Participate in research, analysis, design, development, and implement solution capabilities as needed
  • Facilitate win/loss analysis sessions
  • Complete quarterly competitive and client analysis
  • TASC Facilitator and Scheduler
  • Facilitates weekly solution team meetings, which includes agenda creation, recording of meeting minutes, and following up on needed action items.

Client Solutions Development (20%)

  • Coordinates monthly meetings per solution and manage agenda, which includes scheduling rooms, creating agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on needed action item resolution.
  • Works closely with Marketing and Solution SMEs to build out content management (e.g. Case Studies)
  • Oversee the solution process and template management, reporting, and metrics

Partner Management (15%)

  • Coordinate quarterly partner reviews
  • Creates needed client presentations for partner reviews at assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships and collaborate on events
  • Plan and execute events in collaboration with Marketing (e.g. conferences) and Training (e.g. webinars)
  • Manages certifications and reporting

Other duties as assigned (5%)



  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a Consultant role

Client Engagement Director


This role is open in both the Minneapolis, MN and Morristown, NJ offices.

The Client Engagement Director (CED) drives revenue growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding relationships with key existing customers.

The CED represents the entire range of ThreeBridge services and solutions to assigned customers and works with a diverse team across the company to explain these services/solutions and articulate how they will help a client meet their objectives.  This position will report to the Managing Partner of the geography in which they are working (either the Twin Cities or the Tri-State Area).




  • Execute the “go to market” strategy needed to deliver on the short-term and long-term revenue and operating income targets
  • Owner of client relationship at the day to day account level, focused to drive sales and solutions strategy for assigned clients.
  • Drive and support new opportunities and collaborate with others in the Client Engagement team to ensure growth attainment with existing client.
  • Perform both the “hunter” role and “farmer” role, as required by a particular client relationship
